New base maps in Ushahidi

A few sharp eyed used have noticed we switched the map tiles used in Ushahidi this week. On Monday MapQuest dropped direct access to the street and satellite tiles we were using and we were caught out as maps stopped loading their base layer. We've quickly switched to using the beautiful streets and satellite tiles from Mapbox and released this fix in  Ushahidi v3.4.7.

What do I need to do?

If your deployment is on ushahidi.io, you don't need to do anything. We've updated your map automatically to use Mapbox Streets or Satellite.

If you're hosting your own deployment you'll need to update to v3.4.7. If you're not ready to upgrade you can also switch your default base layer to Humanitarian which will still work fine (Thanks to the HOT team).
