This archive is part of the Election Data Resilience Initiative, a project by Ushahidi and the Filecoin Foundation for the Decentralized Web (FFDW). It aims to establish a secure repository of historical election data, ensuring accuracy and integrity over time. Access to this data will empower researchers, policymakers, and the public with reliable information for better decision-making, ultimately strengthening Kenya's election data resilience and societal impact.

By integrating Filecoin, we envision a future where its extensive collection of election data and statistical datasets are accessible to a broader audience. The initiative includes establishing decentralized web (dweb) data storage and backup protocols, implementing Filecoin/IPFS to ensure redundancy and durability of data.
